We are working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price, let us know and we will credit your original payment method for the difference. If we lower the price on our own site within 14 days of the order date, we will refund you the difference as well. Please keep in mind all the conditions listed below have to apply.

Our sales manager makes the final decision in always taking care of our customers, but we do have guidelines for matching our competition.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

  • We do honor “Preferred Shopping Card” advertised prices. Must be like items, be advertised and require a competitor’s shopping card, for the discount to apply.
  • Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and “buy one, get one” offers are not eligible.
  • You must first purchase the item with Cultured Aquatic Life, LLC prior to requesting your 14 day Price Match Guarantee.
  • If a claim is filed for price reduction with Cultured Aquatic Life, LLC within 14 days of order date, refund is for 100% of the price difference. The item must be currently available on our website in the same size, style, and color that you purchased.
  • Guarantee applies to the top three online aquatic retailers site’s only. We will also match any brick-and-mortar store prices if the price can be verified.
  • The item must be currently available, in-stock and be same exact item at Cultured Aquatic Life, LLC. It also must be in-stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website.
  • We do not honor advertisements that require a purchase in order to receive the advertised price or free product.
  • We do not honor “Buy One / Get One Free” advertisements.
  • We do not honor double or triple coupons or percent off advertisements.
  • We do not honor other retailers’ “Misprinted” advertised prices.
  • Claims are limited to one price adjustment per item.
  • Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
